3. Candle Safety & Use

Customers are responsible for using candles safely and according to the instructions and warning labels provided with the product.

For safe candle use:

• Never leave a burning candle unattended.

• Keep candles away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials.

• Place candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface.

• Keep the wax pool free from debris.

• Trim the wick as recommended before burning.

• Do not burn a candle longer than the recommended burn time.

• Stop using the candle when approximately ½ inch of wax remains at the bottom of the container.

Tanda Candles is not responsible for injury, property damage, fire, or other damages resulting from misuse, failure to follow safety instructions, or improper handling of our products.

4. Fragrance & Allergy Disclaimer

Our products may contain fragrance oils, essential oils, dyes, and other ingredients that may cause sensitivities or allergic reactions in some individuals.

Customers are responsible for reviewing available product information and discontinuing use if irritation, discomfort, or an adverse reaction occurs.

5. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

Payment must be successfully processed before an order is fulfilled. Tanda Candles reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order due to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, inventory issues, payment problems, or other reasonable circumstances.

Processing and shipping times provided on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Due to the nature of our handcrafted and fragrance products, used or opened products cannot be returned.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was made by Tanda Candles.

Fragrance preferences are subjective. A customer's dislike of a particular scent does not mean that the product is defective.
